the plot
Holepunch is a 17th generation ghosthunting cat who wants to leave his ghosthunting world behind to become a beatmaker. His ghosthunting family doesn't approve. They don’t understand why he would want to veer from hunting ghosts for the rest of his life. His only support is his best friend, LeDarius, a poltergeist with a heart of gold.
Despite Holepunch coming from a lineage of ghosthunters and LeDarius being a ghost, they understand each other. Holepunch disavows his entire family legacy and thinks ghosthunting is stupid, while LeDarius is one of very few ghosts who doesn’t hate ghosthunters and thinks they just need understanding.
